Organization Status
SNTIQ is currently in the process of being founded as a registered association (e.V.) and finalizing license models. Until formal registration, we operate as an unregistered association (n.e.V.). All following provisions apply to the current status.

Our work is licensed on two tracks. Non-commercial use runs under open licenses — Apache 2.0 for code, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for data, documentation and media. Commercial, corporate and governmental use requires the SNTIQ-CM license.

- •Non-harm covenant: no obstructing access to justice, no profiling of vulnerable groups, no automated negative decisions without a human in the loop.
- •Integrity of answers: caveats and provenance must not be stripped when answers are shown to people.
- •Attribution & reciprocity: contribute back, or donate to legal-aid (preferred) or OSS organisations.

Despite open licenses, the original copyright to all created works remains with SNTIQ or the respective authors.
Right to Change
SNTIQ reserves the right to change licensing terms for future publications or new versions of existing works.
Important: Any changes apply exclusively to the future (ex nunc). There are no retroactive penalties or license changes for content already lawfully used under the above conditions.
