What SNTIQ is, how we work and how to reach us.
A non-commercial initiative that builds tools, protocols and documentation for working with large bureaucratic systems. We started by defending our own rights and helping friends and neighbours; that experience grew into legal-tech infrastructure that anyone can use.
No. We provide general information and self-help tools only. Where action in an individual case is required, we act exclusively within the limits of the German Legal Services Act (RDG).
Nothing. SNTIQ is non-commercial: we charge no fees and currently do not accept donations.
Our volunteer field project where the SNTIQ approach is tested in real proceedings — document templates, step-by-step algorithms and consistent logging. Case-specific questions (residence permits, Fiktionsbescheinigung, deadlines) are covered in the Deutschland Together FAQ.
Open the Deutschland Together FAQIt depends on the tool — each one tells you before you start. The PKH Helper runs entirely in your browser: the PDF is generated on your device and no form data is sent to our servers. Briefcraft also composes your letter in the browser, but when you download a PDF/DOCX the letter content is sent to our server once, solely for rendering — it is not stored — and its place/authority search sends the place or postal code you enter to our server. Drafts are saved on your device only, and only if you explicitly enable draft saving.
The code lives on GitHub, models and datasets on Hugging Face, and day-to-day communication happens on Telegram. All channels are linked in the footer.
